3.5. Not to transfer the account to another user or any other party without our prior approval.

4.3. Subscription fees are payable using the approved payment methods on the site, and once payment is made, the user is granted a limited license to access the specific features of the subscription.
4.4. Upgrading to premium membership grants the user additional benefits through various sections:
4.4.1. Displaying your account in the premium accounts bar.
4.4.2. Receiving a discount when using platform credits.
4.4.3. Displaying your account in match search results.
4.4.4. Chatting with Others.
4.5. Malekaty reserves the right to change or modify subscription fees at any time. Any changes to these fees will be clarified on the website or notifications will be sent if possible.

[6] Payment Policy
6.1. Malekaty offers payment through credit cards.
6.2. Once the required amount is paid, the option to upgrade your account will be activated.
6.4. Opening an account with PayPal is subject to the terms and policies stated on www.stripe.com.
6.5. The user agrees to bear all transaction fees.
6.6. We reserve the right to add other payment options in the future to facilitate the payment process, and this will be clarified on the website.
